Neat — A lightweight/flexible Sass grid

Starting in Feb 2017 I transformed Neat, a css grid system, in to the one of the best float based grid system and layout tools for modern web development. Re-built from the ground up, Neat 2.0 became a modern, open source, CSS/SASS, grid framework that redefined what a front end code library could accomplish. It continues to be utilized by thousands of sites and apps including the federal government's design system (https://designsystem.digital.gov) and Cambridge university (https://www.cam.ac.uk).
