Problem: The need to establish an entire identity and branding system for an entertainment tech startup.
Assignment: This project went through many phases as the company and products evolved. We settled on a white label platform that any notable person could use as a private gateway to their most dedicated fans, who subscribed to receive exclusive content for a monthly fee. The brand was created to feel elite, intimate, and different than most fan platforms. For the celebrity, the messaging was to convey that we were not only a tech company but a full-service agency able to support in their marketing to fans.
My involvement: I created all of the identity and brand components—including the logo and taglines, —implementing them across all of the various use cases for print, digital, marketing, and corporate and investor communications. These were also used extensively on our website and on the UI for the platform. I later streamlined the crater icon designed at the inception of the company to make it more useful in smaller as well as larger contexts. Creative direction and design.
