Celebrating 30 years, the Disk Água, a brazilian water supply company, did it rebrand, turning Wasser. In this new moment I was invited by the designer João Faissal (imaginaria.cc) to create the Wasser digital strategy. After mapping the sales department processes we developed the aguainteligente.net, a chatbot that show to users their water consumption profile, and for Wasser works as tool to attract customers and create a huge database about water consumption. To activate the site I developed an attraction strategy using social media and digital ads.
