Electronic Arts wanted to launch their new game plug-in with a branded documentary at the world's largest E-Sports event ESL One Cologne with over 14,000 live attendees and 68.6 million live viewers. My job was to write and direct a film that felt authentic, yet still captured a stylized hybrid of rustic modernism that was purposed from the game itself. We choose to feature the top 6 E-Sports gamers of the game and caught their live reaction to it in an exciting brand reveal campaign.
