In a crowded marketplace it had proven difficult for Brioche to to differentiate their identity amongst competitors. The time and energy required to do so was sacrificed in favour of perfecting that which is most important to them, their food and their service.
In fact they did not even like the word ‘competitor’ as they were not trying to compete with anyone. Once this realisation dawned upon them they decided to stop trying to be what others expected them to be and simply embrace what they have been from the beginning.
They decided to dispose of the frills in favour of that which is a true reflection of their core values: the provision of remarkable food and outstanding service that one would expect from a ‘fine dining’ establishment.
The difference? They did so in a casual and comfortable setting with no dress code and no waiting list. Where good music set the tone, everyone was welcome and pricing was reasonable.
We developed their brand identity and produced all corresponding marketing content.
