Lawmen: Bass Reeves—Title Sequence for Paramount Plus, produced at Elastic

These are few selected frames that I designed and treated for the title sequence of the Paramount Plus series, Lawmen: Bass Reeves. I developed the look and treatment based on photographic techniques specific to the time period depicted in the series. And I culled the source images from a collection of unit photography and promotional stills. The animation team then used these frames to generate depth mattes for subtle camera moves.
