A graphic created for a series of thought leadership publications focusing on the four pillars of Consumer Generated Content (CGC): Type, Volume, Reach, and Insights. I color-coded the four pillars and united them in this visualization. This became the cornerstone of a series of ebooks I designed to educate Bazaarvoice clients on onmichannel CGC.
