COME OUT TO PLAY

PROBLEM: Through client and internal conversations, we decided we wanted to create an app that supported kids getting offline and outside to interact with each other. PROCESS: With UX oversight, I aligned the original ask with the ease and simplicity of design. Limiting the functionality allowed us to do so. The biggest internal struggle was the safety and privacy of the kids. We wanted to create an app, used by parents, for kids under 10. With the original ask, we needed to create a place for kids to safely meet each other around their locations and pull in city data, read cities, while protecting their identities.
