A glass and a half of story-time magic

Bit of an oldie but still one of my favourite projects. Cadbury Buttons needed a legitimate way to talk to mums as the one permissible treat to give their kids. Working in collaboration with an army of real mums, courtesy of Mumsnet, we approached Cadbury with the idea for a new storybook publishing arm – Buttons Furrytales - under which a series of new children’s stories was published in partnership with Harpercollins. The stories all lived within a Buttons farmyard world, and were personalised and interactive. Mums could create avatars of their kids, wearing furry onesies to fit into the farmyard world. Research company Hall & Partners said it was the most positive piece of research they’d ever seen. I know how that sounds, but it’s true. Honest.
