Crunching the Numbers

2U is a company that wants to help shape the future of higher education. They help empower students, and provide services to numerous colleges and universities. One of their clients, an educational blog called Nursing@Simmons, was in need of an infographic for one of their articles. They provided me with a written document containing some facts and data points. Since this infographic was for student nurses, but also focused on children, I wanted the illustration style to feel playful but professional. I also needed a rich color palette since I was dealing with food illustrations. These illustrations help amplify the data points and make the information more relatable and easy to digest.
