As Prime continues to integrate into people’s lives with more benefits, creating a structure became an important way to keep everything under the Prime umbrella. For this Prime branding project, I was responsible for creating copy in a scalable, universal language that can be used throughout Amazon’s ecosystem. Customers see this copy on everything from the branded tape on shipping boxes to emails to hearing Alexa explain the value of a Prime membership.
