WINNING 95,000 NEW CUSTOMERS IN TWO WEEKS
Cigna became one of two health care providers for JPMorgan Chase. Cigna was new provider, the other incumbent. Offerings were identical. With all being equal the strategy was a simple commodities sell: "Be the Most Popular". Enrollment period was like a brand launch including heavy OOH within a radius of each JPMorgan Chase location. We even gave Cigna Coffee sleeves to coffee shops surrounding the offices.
