POLO Ralph Lauren
Polo's goal in approaching me to create custom lettering artwork for each of their in-store campaigns is to stand out from other major fashion retailers who slap up free fonts in their windows and end-caps. Polo doesn't want to look like another big chain, they want to show the thoughtful craft still present in their subtly designed everyday staple pieces through featuring hand-lettered welcome and promotional artwork.
"Welcome to Polo Ralph Lauren": April 2018; new signage going up in every store when a promotion isn't running
"A New Focus": January 2018; introducing the new year
"BOSTON": April 2018; Celebratory graphic placed in the recently opened Boston store, for the grand opening party and will continue to live in the space.
"Sail into Summer": May 2018; textural lettering to accompany sailing based lifestyle photography shot on a sailboat in Miami.
Project to be updated as new titling is released throughout 2018.
