Carnival Cruise Lines - Instant Vacation

OVERVIEW: How do we give people the opportunity to “try before they buy” when it comes to cruising? We create an immersive 360º video experience that allows curious participants to interact with the best features of a cruise vacation. This new platform started as a VR project that was taken to different events and then evolved into an online ship-exploring website and YouTube video for the Carnival "Breeze" ship. Users could click on different beacons to navigate the ship or learn more about specific features. To build on this success, we then evolved the website into an interactive treasure hunt for introduction of the new Carnival "Vista" ship. The Vista Hunt was the most successful of the platform experiences and incentivized users to go and find hidden deals on the virtual cruise ship during the holiday season.
