Watson Foundation

This project was for a interdisciplinary senior level class where we worked with a real client: The Watson Foundation which is headquartered in New York City. They are a scholarship organization associated with the same Thomas J. Watson that founded IBM. Our class was tasked with designing the experience for the 50th Anniversary Celebration (2018) to which I contributed custom Watson aerogrammes and recruitment posters. Our class also contributed branding elements, a custom typeface, giveaway items, data visualization, event signage, a film trailer, project proposals for the organization + a name wall mural that included the name of every fellow from the past 50 years (that's over 2000 names!). We also designed our own end of year exhibit to display all the work we had done. I was selected by my professor to continue freelance work for Watson so there are still works in progress including editorial designs and environmental graphics for their new office space. Stay tuned!
