After writing a year's worth of food-porn-driven retail spots for Red Lobster, we finally got a chance to show how how they actually get their seafood and why responsible sourcing matters. I had already turned 30+ pages of sourcing information into digestible content for the Red Lobster website, and was asked to announce a new partnership with Seafood Watch. I wrote the script for this video, which we put together with found footage and Seafood Watch b-roll.
