From August 2009 through March 2012, I worked at Animoto, a video creation startup. Using my experience there as a customer service representative, as well as my communication skills, I was able to create quality content for our B2C and B2B consumers. Through email, print, blog, and social, I conveyed a consistent brand voice that was both approachable and authoritative.
