VSA Design Accelerator

At VSA Partners New York, it was common for my team and I to work as an incubator for our client’s toughest, multi-disciplinary challenges. After many years of working undercover, we decided to formalize our agile-based “skunkworks” style of work into the VSA Design Accelerator. I worked with VSA’s leadership on the strategy, structure, messaging and identity of this new offering.
