Annie's: Choose Good Campaign

I was the Agency Producer for this project. Once the team had completed the strategy assignment, I took the creative brief and put together the creative team. I managed the creative team through concept creation, and created the presentations for the client team. When the client selected the Choose Good concept, I managed the RFP process for the hiring of our production partner, including scheduling and budgeting. I oversaw pre-production, production and post-production on behalf of the agency and the client. I worked with the post-production company to deliver all final assets to the appropriate media and web vendors.
