The project here was to re-invent an old established Wiltshire Hamper company. As I interrogated the project I soon realised that the product they produce is not actually produced by them. The hamper itself is purchased from a basket maker, the products in the hamper are all outsourced, even the DHL delivery of the hampers is not by them. What then was their part in the production? Strategically I realised it is the curation and the thought they put into their hampers that made the difference. This lead to the conceptual idea of 'The thoughtful gift company'.
