FOCUS

This animation is based on one of three paintings that were created to promote the Graphics Department for which I was working. The three illustrations were each made to represent a single word: Discover, Focus and Inform. Three illustrators, including myself, were tasked to each create an illustration based on one of three words: Discover, Focus, and Inform. These three illustrations were then put up as murals on the walls of the department. After all three murals had been completed, I asked to make animations based on our paintings. This video was inspired by the illustration created for the word Focus. This illustrator used a combination of photographic and illustrated images of nature, space, eyes, camera apertures to create her interpretation of the word “Focus.” The final frame shows how the completed painting looked on the wall, placed inside the Graphics' Departments branding icon. The music for this video was composed by 2BStudio, and was purchased specifically for use in this video.
