Root to Flower Immersive Dining Experience
The Root to Flower Immersive Dining Experience was a 7-course multisensory dinner I created for London Food Tech Week. Starting from the seed in the ground all the way to the flower and its essence, I used immersive technologies like VR and AR, as well as all the senses to help leaders in the food & beverage industries become more mindful about food waste and aware of the benefits derived from eating plants in their entirety. This ground-breaking experience was sponsored by Givaudan.
