How to get men to take paternity leave

Swedish dads take an average of 115 days paternity leave. The Fins just 14. So we sent a bunch of Swedes over the border to encourage their macho neighbours to put fatherhood first. The film encouraged Finnish men to join the #workcanwait debate. I conceived, wrote and shot this with my cereative partner at the time.
