Mad Hatters , and Backwards walking Cats

My Illustration for the science magazine Scoop. The illustration supports an article on the the effects of mercury poisoning on the animals and occupants of a small Japanese fishing town. 'Dancing cat fever' was used as a term for the poisoned cats , as they would appear to dance and walk backwards.
