A 393-unit redevelopment building in Manhattan’s Sutton Place Neighborhood. We set out to create a cohesive leasing experience during months of construction. Branding was inspired by the modern elegance the interior design studio, Gachot, brought to the building as well as the incredible views. The name Oriana means: to rise; sunrise; dawn; golden. The O emblem is symbolic of the rising sun over the East River.
To create a complete experience, we had a custom scent created, selected the staff’s uniforms (including O pins) and curated a playlist to play throughout the model units. In additional to the art direction and selects of the model units, I oversaw the design of the temporary lobby.
