Green Point Condo Building
A 13-unit condo redevelopment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Originally a school from the 1890's, this building, was reimagined into condominiums by Ralf Mayer of MDIM Architects. Ralf meticulously maintained the integrity of the building's origins, keeping the brick structure and ordered custom windows to match the original facade. Under my creative direction, Bold New York created both the marketing strategy and 4 model units. Utilizing our marketing efforts, crafted model units and a beautiful product, Bold achieved the highest price per square foot in Greenpoint and sold out in record breaking time.
Two of the model units Bold sold included the sale of my custom painted artwork and the custom furniture. Additionally, I collaborated with one of the new tenants on the interior design of her apartment. Due to keeping to the retention of much of the building’s original structure, many of the units had unique layouts. Staging the model units for full functionality, optimal use of the space, as well as aspirational design, was a key factor in the successful marketing of the building.
