We found a way to help USPS lead the charge in a place no one expected: interactive technology. And we won a Silver Lion at Cannes doing it. We turned their blue boxes into talking concierge stations. I learned about API's and natural language processing to create its voice. So when any blue box spoke, the conversation was helpful and friendly.
