The World Bank Group reached out to me to design a series of books around the current economic situation in Haiti. I designed the book from cover to cover. For the cover, I was inspired by my memories of street life on my way to school in Haiti. I wanted to represent the bustling lif and business of the street, as they are often improvised markets where people set up their businesses. I brought out the colours from the cover in the interior of the book, in main sections, as well as the diverse graphs that I was able to design. The colour orange is a natural depiction of the tropical heat in Haiti and can be found in use throughout the book.
