Century 21 Global Rebrand

After 47 years, 2 decades of the highest unaided brand awareness in the industry by a country mile, and having the worlds most recognized logo in real estate... Century 21 decided it was time to burn down the old house, and rebuild an entirely new one over the course of just 90 days. It was a wild ride for our small team of three: myself, Allie Hughes and Lauren Schroeter, a 60 day sprint to final selection and a 30 sprint to final guidelines, with a significant re-brief 45 days into the project. We finished just in time for their annual One21 conference. With 6,950 franchised broker offices, 106,000 affiliated sales associates, and a presence in roughly 80 countries the criticism has been both positive and negative. Change is hard for humans, such a significant change was bound to stir up emotions. In the end we're very proud of our effort.
