Newport Beach Film Festival

Given a budget of $0, my partner and I had to come up with a concept and script intriguing enough for a production company to jump on and foot the bill. It also had to be out the door in two weeks. We also had to get a little scrappy for our program dividers and interstitial videos. My partner and I scoured Goodwill and shot them all in a fish tank in our agency's parking garage.
