The Tao of Sexual Massage

Book Re-Design + Exhibition This redesign of the Tao of sexual massage is one that plays with the ambiguity of both the human body juxtaposed against other organic formations in nature. the book explains to readers how to combine the erotic, ancient oriental art of lovemaking with modern massage techniques to enhance sexual experiences for the first time. The black frame around the book is traditionally used in design to symbolize death, this book design refers to “la petite mort” a french expression for orgasm which is both a life-giving moment but also a little death of connecting with your own mortality. Sexual massage is meant to be an intimate human experience; A deeper connection both physical & spiritual that you share with your partner: a moment that requires devotion and attentiveness as expressed by both the form and nature of the book itself.
