I was invited to deliver the relaunch of this site and related social channels and helped to increase session times, page views and sales. The work involved: • Ad hoc counsel and ideas to the MD and across marketing, advertising, CRM, press and VM • Introduced strategy to Liberty's digital experience, processes and team • Overhauled and integrated all digital content, including Liberty TV, SM, product copy and weekly content • Improved customer engagement through sharpening the skills, structure and output of online teams • Advised on copy, journey, messaging, positioning and tone of new loyalty portal with external developer • Alongside the Ecommerce Director, spearheaded the improvement of offer by working across departments to negotiate buy-in from trade teams
