People could only access Tinder through its new feature, TinderTouch. All information on sex criminals is provided by the FBI. The FBI has a huge fingerprint database, so Tinder can team up with the FBI to prevent criminals from joining Tinder. Tinder checks new users based on the FBI’s fingerprint supply. When creating a new Tinder account, the user must give their fingerprint, so users cannot hide their real identities or criminal records. If the user’s fingerprint matches one of a sex offender, Tinder will not allow the user to join. As a result, Tinder users don’t need to worry about meeting potentially dangerous sex criminals.
