Alternative Media – Outdoor
In an effort to inform people that the things they do during the day may be affecting how they sleep at night, we gave the public a peek into an apartment building and those who dwell inside. Passersby could see who’s enjoying a peaceful night of slumber, and who’s wide eyed and watching clock, based on animations that related to what they did that very day.
For example, a darkened window said “Leaves work at work” and an illuminated window said, “Had an afternoon latte.”
The project was written up in the NY Times with favorable reviews.
