The Kawaii Factory is a brick-and-mortar retailer and online store selling souvenirs and gifts around the world. The main element of the identity is eyes formed by two dots in the Is in the word Kawaii. Based on these eyes a series of branded characters serve as the brand’s identity. I conceptualized and created the brand book including the brand identity, merchandising, and website.
