This campaign was built on a really simple, but true, insight: vacations are really important because real life can be a nightmare. The TV spots heighten the pain of things people deal with everyday, like annoying neighbors or soul-sucking jobs, to emphasize the point that people really need their escapes. And that's why Booking.com makes it easy to get away from it all. For this campaign, my partner and I helped create the original concept, we wrote the scripts, and directly led the editing process.
