Four Seasons Digital Rebrand

I helped Four Seasons tell the untold, off-beat, authentic story behind each of their properties. Instead of boilerplate descriptions and square footage, I interviewed hotel managers about the untold quirks, hidden spots, and idiosyncratic employees that make each property unique. A truly global project that involved interviewing 86 hotel managers in 36 countries, I helped transform the voice of the brand (and upended my sleep cycle for super late calls to Asia and Australia). I can also tell you more than a little about pink dolphins in Hong Kong and firework competitions in Vancouver.
