-Wrote the rebranding manifesto which became a nationally televised TV commercial and multi-media campaign.
-Chose the film director, music talent, voice over talent, and photographer.
-Designed the outdoor billboard experiences at Herald Square 34th St and wrote radio spots.
-Pitched a consumer-focused web 2.0 experience called Concourse D that was instrumental in getting the business.
