Brochure for practice transformation services

I worked with the client--Rocky Mountain Health Plans--to develop a brochure highlighting their practice-transformation services. I interviewed several people involved in providing the services and distilled it to the content in the brochure. I worked with the designer on the "look" and with my team on perfecting the total package. I led the project and was lead writer and editor.
