Water Purification IoT Product Strategy

I was approached by an Internet of Things consultancy to facilitate a series of workshops with their client stakeholders and come up with a focused, human-centered strategy for new line of connected water purifiers. I conducted a research study with customers, end-users and distributors of their current product as discovery research. The insights from the study were used to help ground the workshop discussion, enabling us to create a value proposition and set of features that directly supported the needs and behaviors of their clients and partners.
