We needed to inform mortgage brokers of the new changes to NatWest's lending criteria – which ultimately meant they could offer more mortgages to their customers. We developed a cheeky audio keyring. This audio keyring says yes in various ways. We wanted something to hang around to remind them of NatWest's offering. Campaign elements: audio keyring (direct mail), digital advertising, trade adverts.
