Medicare Express Plus Redesign
Medicare Express Plus was developed by The Department of Human Services (DHS) of Australian Government for providing online medical services to Australian citizens since 2007. It enables users to examine, manage and complete important government transactions online without the need to call a contact centre or visit a physical service centre.
Conducted UX and background research and competitor analysis. Analyzed and discovered pain points. Prototyped mobile, tablet and desktop modules for database connection. Organized 3 usability tests for iterations.
